Reviews: Bligh and Christian both appealed to God, but Bligh already has flown into the Face of God by repeatedly violating His Commandments about the crew of the Bounty. You would think, on board a row boat that others aboard that same vessel would recognize that but no, no one did. Blind were they in the violation of Gods Law.
Oh when have we experienced that in times past and even today? Work, play, and yes politics, everywhere we face the same thing, God being called upon and, it seems, God is granting the others to win and we be set adrift. Always make sure you do the duty of a Christian soldier, always making sure you have it right in relation to Gods Law and making sure you keep to Gods Law on spite of the drudgery we may have to go through in order to achieve our victory in Christ's Kingdom.

—————————— Midshipman Roger Byam joins Captain Bligh and Fletcher Christian aboard the HMS Bounty for a voyage to Tahiti. Bligh proves to be a brutal tyrant and, after six pleasant months on Tahiti, Christian leads the crew to mutiny on the homeward voyage. Even though Byam takes no part in the mutiny, he must defend himself against charges that he supported Christian. |
