Reviews: Sad that the documentaries aren’t on this dvd. I thot they would and, looking it up on Amazon.com it turns out that the film is the only thing.
So what did I, in my own humble opinion, have to say about this film? As can be told from the star rating I gave, it is so-so. Only thing it has in its favor is than Stan Winston did the special effects or rather the creature make-up. The “monsters” are rather good from a 1987 film.
The plot isn’t a whole lot, that the reason for the star rating. Frankenstien’s monster is the same creature emotionally in the the 1931 film that starred Boris Karloff and, which I thot was great.
Good overcoming bad, which is a good story because it is true, is the reason I gave this film what it has got.
If the documentaries were on it, it would qualify as 4 stars.
